I was thrilled with the whole transaction! Thanks so much - it was packaged so well when it was sent... given that they tested the clock for two days my only suggestion would be that it might be an appropriate at that time to adjust the pendulum so that when the customer gets the clock there wouldn’t be such a hard time trying to adjust it. It took us two days to try and get it to the right setting.

Otherwise - thank you for making the whole experience so enjoyable - I love my clock!!!!!

International shipping can come with delays due to customs. This wasn't one of those shipments. The clock arrived two weeks faster than I expected!

I really liked the cuckoo clock excepto for one thing, the windows in the little house cuckoo were stickers, I thought that it would have been much nicer with painted windows instead of the stickers, it was just bit dissappointing. other tan that, I was satisfied and happy.

Recently my mothers home was broken into and a cuckoo clock that was purchased in Germany in 1970 was stolen. I replace her clock with one purchased through the Cuckoo Palace. She received the clock and was very happy with the replacement. The workmanship was detailed and beautiful. It isn't the same clock but the blank wall is now filled with a wonderful clock.

The clock I ordered is BEAUTIFUL, and appears to be in excellent condtion. I am taking it, in its original packing to America in April to give to my granddaughter for her birthday. I will not try it out till then. Hopefully, if there is a problem with functioning, I can contact you after we have it tested.

Instructional dvd is easy to follow and took a couple of days adjusting pendulum till the time was set right, since then it has been perfect. Quality of service and delivery is excellent and the clocks details are exceptional. It looks and works great. German precision and quality at its best. Very happy with my purchase, thank you.

The clock is a lovely carved design, and although I haven't yet assembled it the quality looks good. I contacted customer service before buying to ascertain the exact measurements, and they were very helpful indeed. I placed my order and the clock was promptly delivered without delay.

The clock is beautifully made,packaged really well, and arrived promptly. The instructions were very clear. The cuckoo switch is handy. The only reservation, is that I wish I could get rid of the "echo", or at least have the echo a lot softer!But we love the clock.
